Sour cherry Delicii fill
Ready-to-use filling, with intense sour cherries flavor, for confectionery and pastry products. Contains 5% sour cherries puree (from concentrate).
Benefits of use:
- Thermostable – the cream is baking and freezing/defrosting stable, it keeps its original shape and color during and after baking, it does not caramelize when exposed to the outside of the baked products.
- Versatile – the cream is ready to use or can be mixed with vegetable cream or margarine for filling bakery or pastry products. It keeps its structure, does not soften during refrigeration and keeps a pleasant color in the finished product.
