Vinasse Rompak

Vinasse Rompak is an organic fertilizer produced from the industrial fermentation of fresh yeast.

It has a complex and very valuable chemical composition, providing the necessary macro-elements (N, P, K) and microelements (Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn) which are essential for the growth and development of plants and animals. It is a dark brown liquid of relatively low viscosity with a caramel smell and bitter-sweet taste.

Approved based on the Approval Certificate 176/2003 and certified for use in organic agriculture, granted by CERES Gmbh.

Applications:

• Agricultural fertilizer for soil or foliar application;
• Encapsulation material for fertilizers;
• Feed additive for animals.

The benefits of using vinasse in agriculture:

• The high content of macro-elements (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium), meso-elements (calcium, magnesium, sulfur), but also microelements stimulates plant metabolism by compensating for shortcomings caused by external stress factors (excess heat, drought, frost, phytotoxicity, etc.).
• The stimulation of plant growth is based on an organic growth with biological stimulation; the plants receive from the vinasse fertilized soil the necessary resources in the form assimilated by them.
• Improves soil fertility and structure.
• It favors the formation of bacterial flora in the soil which accelerates the degradation of the cellulosic material and allows their incorporation faster in the natural circuit.
• It contributes to the protection of the environment because it favors the multiplication of microorganisms, such as azotobacter, which facilitate the fixation of nitrogen from the air to the soil.
• Limits the development of parasites.

The benefits of using vinasse in animal feed:

• Vinasse is characterized by a high content of mineral nutrients, betaine, proteins / peptides, Potassium, Nitrogen and organic acids.
• It can be used in liquid form in animal feed but also in dry formulations, this favoring a uniform distribution in the feed mix, a better incorporation and ingestion.
• It has probiotic and taste-enhancing properties, ruminal activator and promoter of sexual maturity and reproduction; for non-ruminants 1-3% is added to the formula and for ruminants 4-5%.
• Promotes a better conversion of food, speeding up the rate of weight gain due to the presence of organic acids.
• Organic acids support a better use of nutrients, improve digestion, synthesis and adsorption of vitamins and minerals, thus facilitating feed metabolism;
• Vinasse keeps the intestinal flora in balance, preventing the spread of intestinal pathogens.

Recommended dosage in agriculture:

The amount of vinasse recommended for application depends on soil characteristics and crop type.

• For plants with high potassium requirements (ex: red beet, potatoes), the recommended rate is 3.0-3.5 tons/ha.
• For plants with low potassium requirements (ex: rapeseed, maize, cereals), the required amount is 2.5-3.0 tons/ha.
